Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: June 10, 2026. This policy applies to GDSWRENCH subscriptions and software usage credits operated by Axiomatiks for Technology.

Subscriptions

Customers may cancel their subscription from the billing portal or by contacting support.

Subscriptions may be canceled according to the terms shown at checkout. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

Usage credits

Usage credits are for software document-processing operations only. Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for travel products, bookings, visa services, immigration services, passport services, citizenship services, government services, or third-party services.

Monthly subscription credits reset at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over unless expressly stated in the plan terms.

Prepaid credit packs remain available while the customer has an active subscription, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case.

Refund requests are reviewed according to the applicable checkout terms, payment-provider rules, and support policy.

We may consider refunds for duplicate payments, technical activation failures, or billing errors.

Approved refunds may revoke corresponding software entitlements or usage credits.

We do not generally provide refunds for consumed credits, completed processing operations, or unused time in an active billing period unless required by law.

Product scope

GDSWRENCH is B2B document automation software. It does not sell, facilitate, or process airline tickets, hotel bookings, travel packages, visa applications, immigration services, passport services, citizenship services, or consumer travel products.
