3. Accounts and security

4. Billing, subscriptions, and credits
Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy and governed by plan terms and checkout details.
- Checkout, payment processing, and transaction records are handled by Lemon Squeezy.
- Subscription lifecycle events (activation, renewal, cancellation, status changes) are synchronized through verified billing webhooks.
- Unless expressly stated in your plan terms, monthly usage credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
- Refund, cancellation, and dispute handling follows AxioMatiks support policy and Lemon Squeezy processing rules.
5. Acceptable use
You must use the service lawfully and in a way that does not harm the platform or others.
- Do not use the service for unlawful processing, sanctions violations, fraud, or abusive traffic patterns.
- Do not attempt to bypass limits, interfere with security controls, or reverse engineer restricted components except where permitted by law.
- You are responsible for obtaining all permissions and lawful basis required for the personal data you submit.
6. Data and compliance responsibilities
You retain responsibility for your source data and compliance obligations as controller where applicable.

- AxioMatiks processes data according to documented service behavior, privacy terms, and applicable enterprise agreements.
7. Intellectual property
AxioMatiks retains rights in the service, software, documentation, and related branding; customers retain rights in customer data.
- No ownership transfer occurs through use of the service except as expressly granted in writing.
- You grant AxioMatiks the rights needed to host, process, and transmit your data solely to provide and support the service.
- You may not use AxioMatiks or GDS Wrench trademarks except as allowed by law or prior written permission.
8. Availability and changes

- AxioMatiks may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, non-payment, unlawful use, or security risk.
- On termination, access may be revoked and data handling will follow retention, legal hold, and contract requirements.
